Sharpening Steel Does Anyone Have Any Tips On Sharpening A Mezzaluna?

Does anyone have any tips on sharpening a mezzaluna? - sharpening steel

I have a standard pencil sharpener and insecure work on the correct way to use a curved knife.

have a good sharpening stone that ovulation / egg stretched thin.
keep the leaves and remains constant and stone on the road to work and not vice versa
Rolling a size-won, t work, cut the road when you hang a right, the exact angle and something if you could do with a continuous motion.

Interesting question, I would have never thought of. The easiest way would be to get one of these devices with wheels, but even then it would be very difficult.

The right way is to make a wet stone, which is a grindstone, but also the fate of lead used.

I hope that someone knows otherwise.
