Christian Sympathy Saying Why Don't Most Christians Support Legislation That Would Allow Assisted Suicide?

Why don't most Christians support legislation that would allow assisted suicide? - christian sympathy saying

When people an incurable disease and unbearable pain, why not Christian, to relieve your pain? We seem to be more sympathy for the dogs, who left his pain, you exceed your quality of life. I am not a Christian, but just someone to suffer if we can ease the pain seems to be really bad for me. I would also say that a little presumptuous, it seems people are trying to control the end of the life of another human being.
Y there, supported against suicide, for reasons that are not religious?

This question is very personal for me. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer 17 years ago. the spread of cancer. overall. fast. was in the bones and brain in its final phase. lived for 2 years after the initial diagnosis. It is only 6 months should. 2 years were full of sorrow. But they are also full of beautiful memories. my little brother was only 13 when it happened. I think the only reason for suspension of 2 years, the hope, he was a graduate. not. I know he wanted the pain to an end. But I'm selfish, he wanted me there. I knew how it would be painful for my little brother. I remember when he made his last trip to the hospital. asked if we wanted it to be placedgavage fed. We said no, knowing, that the feeding tube would only prolong her suffering for their perseverance in maintaining. Just want to suffer any more. none of us has. As a Christian, is so contradictory to ask whether she is entitled to decide when the life of another person should be terminated. But at the same time, it breaks my heart to see, to suffer a loved one. I know you have not answered your question, say. but I hope they gave him an idea of why this is such a personal decision and why people so passionately about one way or another. Peace and God bless.

They are convinced that God makes money and is to end his own life to meet. If people only see the HMO and the health of people earn their living outside of time, the painful death of the sick and dying. Take money directly from the hands of the future and the doctors who give know death and prolong the inevitable death to their own advantage. Kill me if you can see, I can not live life to the fullest. I do not want to live for a week or terminally ill.

Most interpretations of the Bible that condemns suicide for any reason a person to hell. It is very liberal, "the doctrine of the Church, especially historically. The only reason that is not religious, I believe that some people who can not communicate, or accidentally pressed the end of May, and their lives are constantly and wished he had not even her dead.

While doctors do not, I'm good with it. We have cabins suicide, as in Futurama, as well as the high tax rates on them. Then we can at least make money.

It is cruel to honor the wishes of the dead. Let them go with dignity and how you want. I do not care if your religion says it's bad.

"Why do not Christians, to relieve your pain?" If I need to be sarcastic, I would say: "This is morphine, not death, stupid ...", followed by something on a false dichotomy.

No, seriously. As opposed both murder and suicide. It is fully compatible with the "culture of life" image that Christians (Pope John Paul II, Dubya) are sometimes ... usually only before returning to the "culture of death" on the other side of things. The view that social conservative who is not in line with this is the one that the death penalty. Evan is, however, support the Southern Baptist penalty support, while the Anglicans / Episcopalians, Methodists, Evangelical - Lutheran and MennONIT resist. In other parts of Protestantism, evangelical or client is too fragmented to say one way or another, but we know he is mixed. Traditionally supported and refined by the Catholic, but Pope John Paul II position of the Church and now against the case in most. Ideally, I quote, "very rare or virtually non-existent." Apart from this exception, and sometimes is controversial, are the Christians socially always favor life over the alternative in most situations. Exhibit A abortion, euthanasia, B, C, assisted suicide, and D are the stem cells. There are of course more.

Y there, supported against suicide, for reasons that are not religious? Yes, the setup positions represented in the "culture of life" are, above all, the idea expressed by some religious leaders, but a set of moral values not religious in nature must. No need to be religious to the conclusion that morality is something important about human life.
