Tape Converter Why Do I Get Mono Sound Instead Of Stereo When I Use My Tape-to-MP3 Converter?

Why do I get mono sound instead of stereo when I use my tape-to-MP3 converter? - tape converter

I have an ION TAPE EXPRESS is a band-to-MP3 Converter / Player. Now I am currently converting all my old cassettes that by this device. My tapes are working well and have a HI-fi, but when converted to MP3, I have only the sound of the left speaker.

What could be the problem? Could a bad converter or a simple case of misconfiguration?

Maybe someone out there has a similar converter, and put me on the right track. Thank you.

I still have never used similar converters.
But there could be a faulty converter.
Some of my friends, how to record old tapes to MP3 audio. DvdXsoft Sound Recorder XP.They use used to record sounds through the audio cassette and save as WAV, MP3, WMA or OGG, as desired. All good software.
